1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of NEXTALK (the “Service”), operated by 써봄 운영팀. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. Do not register with someone else’s details or false information.

3. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”. Your posts and comments remain afterwards and show the author as “Former member”; delete anything you want removed first. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after you leave.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant the operator a free, worldwide licence to host, display, format and promote your content as part of the Service, which ends when the content is deleted. Anonymous posts carry the same responsibility; administrators can see who wrote them.

5. Rules

• Share experiences you actually had; disclose paid or sponsored content.
• No illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content, and no malware.
• Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
• No spam, repeated promotion or automated abuse.
• Do not impersonate the operator or other members.

We may hide or remove content and restrict accounts that break these rules.

6. Operator posts

The operator publishes AI news and tips from an account clearly marked “Operator”, with links to the original sources. The original source is authoritative.

7. Advertising

The Service may display banner ads and Google AdSense ads. Any dealings with advertisers are between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Use of AI techniques described by other members is at your own risk. We are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes and governing law

We will announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that disadvantage you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
